Hello indeed! 👋 😁 👋 This has been a long time in the making and is the result of some really hard work from our amazing team 🙏 The company has been experiencing some really strong growth over the past couple of years and as such we've been looking to venture in to new areas and markets. Zenith are pleased to handover the upper ground floor reception area of Woodbourn Football Hub. Zenith have taken a dis-used and dilapidated building, back to a bright, energy efficient and economic venue for community use as well as specialist football training for our client Sheffield City Council. The main area has been handed over defect free and on schedule. This will provide a great facility that is already taking bookings for both the experimental artificial pitches and recreational space. The work has involved re-roofing, full strip out and install of all M&E facilities along with the internal fit out, soft furnishings, kitchen and feature ceiling. Yesterday we handed over our 9th and final store of the year! As we have with all 47 stores over the last 5 years under our Management Contract, the Preston Road store was successfully handed over on time. We have completed a full sales floor rebuild which has included: -New chillers -New chest and topbox freezers -New lighting -New shelving -New beers wines and spirits department -New bakery -New health and beauty -Till strip out and rebuild -New self-service tills This final store has been the smallest in size but had the most man hours - a total of 5252 - due to the new magnetic vinyl floor install which involves a full store strip out and rebuild. We have just completed week 7 of a 22 week Digestive Disease and Endoscopy Centre at Castle Hill Hospital, working with our really strong supply chain partner for the MEP package SRS , and our fantastic valued client Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust . Partitions, tape and jointing are all being delivered by Zenith’s own fantastic team, who will be moving on to the joinery and fit-out packages in the coming weeks. The amenity and welfare areas of the store have been handed back to an ecstatic store team! As well as the main staff room, the toilets, HR room and Admin office have also been given a new lease of life. Works now continue with the re-profiling of the store to further enhance the customers experience including new tills, merchandising, racking and external cleaning and spraying of the existing facade. The development is now entering the final stages, although there's still lots of work to complete to get these homes to the 5* standard we demand. Works began earlier this month at Aldi Preston Road. This is the final store under the Project Fresh Scheme for 2023. In addition to the regular Project Fresh scheme, this store will also undergo a CO2 upgrade and have a magnetic floor installed. We are now 3 months into our 6 months programme and works are progressing well! First fix M&E has been completed, along with the fitting of the curtain walling. B&Q Store, Newark B&Q Newark is now a fully operating store! We have had the pleasure of handing over our first development with B&Q at Newark and the finished project looks fantastic even if we do say so ourselves. We have completed the full internal fit out including decoration, racking, signage, external garden centre canopy and all the associated M&E. It really has been a pleasure working with the whole supply chain, with lots of learning along the way. Project Fresh 2023 Aldi Store, Sherburn The second store of this years Project Fresh Scheme was handed over on the 15th of this month. All works were completed on time for store opening. ZDG have delivered something technically Impressive! Here we removed circa 55m of precast concrete wall panels, including strengthening of existing trusses during one week of night shifts, Supply & installation of roof jacking equipment utilising 45nr 30tonne jacks. The roof was lifted 40mm for 1.5 weeks, allowing the concrete panels to be cut out in multiple smaller sections, inclusive of temporary push pull bracing, and core holes to allow fork access. A steel frame was erected to enable the existing roof to be safely lowered on to the new structure. The store was closed for 2 weeks to enable the activities to happen, and handover back to Aldi was achieved on programme. This was the first time this activity has been completed by a UK contractor for Aldi within the UK, testament to the technical ability of the ZDG team, and our strong workforce and supply chain……Well done everyone!! #construction #contractors #building #structural #teamwork #ZDG Read on Linkedin

*Project Update*  The practical completion is now complete on our Aldi extension contract. This multi-million pound project has included a full refurbishment both internally and externally. We had a successful handover to the Aldi operations team on time, who have spent the week getting used to their new building and stocking the store ready for the grand re-opening on Thursday 25th February. *Project Update* Gus Walker Drive, Pocklington Our 4 plot, 5 bedroom executive home development is well underway! The basement slabs for plots 2,3 and 4 are now complete and the basement retaining walls are complete for plots 2 and 3. The basements consist of dual aspect waterproofing system including #Cetco tanking membrane to the slab and walls, and #Fosroc waterproof concrete. *Project Update* Flora Street, Aldi – Project Fresh 2022 Yesterday the team successfully handed over our first store of the year for the Project Fresh 2022 roll out. This has been a really challenging store with a large amount of additional works added due to the age of the store, however all works were completed on time and within budget to exceptional quality standards.
