With a background as a site carpenter, shopfitter and site supervisor, Lee brings both practical know-how and commercial insight to every build. His day-to-day involves project oversight, contract administration and plenty of problem-solving, working closely with site teams, clients and subcontractors to keep things running smoothly.

Gavin joined Zenith Developments in 2025 as HSEQ Manager, supporting Contract Managers, Site Managers, and operatives across every stage of a project. From pre-construction paperwork through to completion, Gavin ensures safety, quality, and compliance stay front and centre, while providing hands-on support to teams on the ground.
Before joining Zenith, Gavin served in the Corps of Royal Engineers, deploying to Iraq, Afghanistan, Kenya, Canada, and Jordan. During his military career, he took on roles ranging from driving armoured vehicles to serving as No.2 in a bomb disposal team, and later mentoring junior soldiers in their careers.

I once played the lead villain in a movie.

My daughter Lyla, making sure she has everything she needs and leaves the house each morning with a smile on her face.
