Our 4 plot, 5 bedroom executive home development is well underway!
The basement slabs for plots 2,3 and 4 are now complete and the basement retaining walls are complete for plots 2 and 3.
The basements consist of dual aspect waterproofing system including #Cetco tanking membrane to the slab and walls, and #Fosroc waterproof concrete.
Before the new year, the following works will have started in readiness for the timber frames arriving in the new year:
– Precast retaining walls
– Beam and Block flooring
– External fill works
– Insitu concrete works will continue
