This was a full demolition of an existing restaurant to create 8nr single bedrooms, 1nr 3, 1nr 4, 1nr 6 bed wards. An inpatient treatment room, isolation room with a joining ensuite, a new staff restroom, kitchen and Sister’s office were also created.

Works involved asbestos removal, M&E service isolations as well as medical gases alterations. New walls, ceilings, floors and new M&E installations including medical gases were also included.
