Zenith were appointed to refurbish 33nr properties for the Ministry Of Defence (MOD). The works included, full internal demolition, external hard/soft landscaping, new heating systems, full electrical rewires including new bathrooms, kitchens, joinery, decoration and hard & soft floor coverings.

One of the properties required adapting for a disabled family member, so we installed, ramps, widened the wall layouts along with door openings throughout the ground floor of the property. We also installed a hoist to the ground floor bedroom with off-shot wetroom to maximise the functionality and usability of the property for the whole family.
