Zenith have secured the contract through a competitive tender process to build the new office facilities and refurbishment to two dilapidated retail units. The works comprise of underpinning the adjacent building, piling the new build, steel frame, pre-cast concrete floors, masonry facade & standing seem cladding along with various roofing types.

The project is due to commence in June 2024 and ready for completion early summer 2025.
