Zenith was awarded the Design and Construction of the whole of the Fit-Out Works which include internal walls; internal doors; finishings; fixtures and fittings; sanitaryware; mechanical and electrical services and above ground drainage.

Works began on site in August 2023 and are due for completion early 2024.
